Housing Contract

We have provided a Housing Contract for you to download and complete. The contract has been created with interactive fields where you may enter text and print. You may use the Tab key to move to the next field or click directly on the field of choice. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. If you do not have the Acrobat software installed, you can download the software for free from Abobe.

The Housing Contract is a legally binding document between the student and the University. Please see Contract Terms and Conditions (included with contract below) for more details.


Submit an FSCJ Housing Contract

When completing the Housing Contract, please follow these important steps:

1) Fill out the Housing Contract making sure all sections are complete.
2) Print 2 copies of the Housing Contract; one for your records and one to submit.
3) Print the Housing Contract Terms and Conditions.
4) Sign the Housing Contract.
5) Enclose Prepayment check.
6) Return the signed Housing Contract to:
