• Campus Closed: December 24 - January 3
  • All UNF housing residents have signed a 2-semester Housing Contract- Fall 2009 and Spring 2010.
  • Spring 2010 Housing Rent Invoices were sent to each student’s on-campus mailbox the first week of November.  All housing residents are required to pay or defer their Spring 2010 Housing by Tuesday, December 1, 2009.

Each student has several options to consider in regards to paying their Spring 2010 Housing Invoice:

  1. Payment in full by E-Check or credit card through MyWings.

You may pay with credit card or E-Check through your MyWings by the deadline.  This can be done using the following process:

  • Go to http://www.unf.edu
  • On the right side of the page click on “My Wings.”
  • Enter student ID and password.
  • Select “Student”
  • Click on the line that says “View & Pay Bill by Credit Card” or “View & Pay Bill by Check”.

Please note the following:
You may use any credit card for payment EXCEPT Visa.  UNF does not accept VISA as a form of payment!  There is a 2.3 % non-refundable convenience fee assessed if you pay by credit card.  However, if you pay by E-Check there is not a fee.

  1. Financial Aid:  You will have to review each award and determine if your housing payment is eligible to be paid by financial aid.  Note: Bright Futures is an estimate based on 15 credit hours.  If you are taking less than 15 hours please adjust accordingly.

You will need to complete the Housing Pending Worksheet which is online at housing.unf.edu.  You will need to log into “My Housing” under online forms.  It is very self explanatory, but if you need assistance please contact our accountants.  Review your Financial Aid Award, located on your “My Wings” account, to determine your available Financial Aid. Submit the pending worksheet online for review and verification by the Housing Office.   The worksheet and any balance due will need to be paid by the due date.   The due date to pay or defer your for Spring 2010 rent is December 1, 2009.

  • All Upper-class Housing Areas, including Osprey Village, Osprey Fountains and Osprey Cove – Building V, will remain open for the winter break period (December 11, 2009 - January 3, 2010).  Upper-class residents may stay on campus during this period only if their spring rent has been paid or deferred by December 1, 2009.  If spring rent is not paid or deferred, you will not be permitted to remain on campus for winter break and your key will be deactivated.  You must see a Housing Accountant to be cleared and have your key reactivated.
